I just read that Rif`at Al-Asad is preparing to return to Syria. Before his assassination, George Hawi told AlJazeera TV that Rif`at Al-Asad was behind the assassination of Kamal Jumblat, although the regime as a whole (including Hafidh Al-Asad and `Abdul-Halim Khaddam) bears full responsibility.
