I forgot to write about the appearance several weeks ago of Karen Hughes on Al-Jazeera. I read that officials do not approve her appearances on Al-Jazeera. She was as comfortable as when I appear on the dentist's chair. The callers really really effectively undermined every argument that she made. Like Judith Miller, she thinks that if she smiles people will forget how unconvincing she comes across.
