Several people have sent me this article in the last few days. It is an old article from 2001 published in Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat about an Israeli plan of assassinations in Lebanon (the names of Rafiq Hariri and Nabih Birri were mentioned). There is no way for me to verify the information contained in the article.
