Oh, No. The Libyan dictator is planning a new satellite TV channel dedicated to propagating his Green Book. Now that he is best friends with the US government, we may even receive it here in the US. I watched some of Libyan state TV yesterday, and I can say this. It is the most Orwellian of all Arab media. Is that why he is now US favorite dictator in the region?
