As usual (and this was done early in the 1990s by Field Marshall pro-Israeli, turned pro-Syrian politician Michel Al-Murr) the Lebanese state can only show its toughness vis-a-vis the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. It can only flex its muscles against the Palestinians in Lebanon, as if they are the ones who posing a threat to Lebanon's security and stability.
