Why if the four Lebanese generals are guilty, Rustum Ghazalah has to be guilty too: When the owner of New TV, Tahsin Khayyat, was daringly criticizing the actions and misconduct of Rustum Ghazalah last year, the latter simply concocted a charge of "contacts with the Israeli enemy" to get rid of Khayyat. The person who took the order from Ghazalah and sent the Lebanese Army Police to arrest Khayyat was none other than Raymond `Azar (director of Lebanese Army intelligence). Rafiq Hariri watched all that with glee because Khayyat (who is close to the Qatari government) is his bitter rival in Lebanon.
