Hariri tool, former deputy Ghattas Khuri who (allegedly) embezzled millions when he managed the construction of the House of the Physician project in Beirut, is a Hariri favorite candidate for the presidency. This champion of "freedom" and "sovereignty" used to write "reports" for Rustum Ghazalah, and when he last visited the US he provided a detailed account of his trip to Ghazalah, I am told.
