Look how stupid and how wrong the New York Times' coverage is of Lebanese developments: Rafiq Hariri, the main linchpin of Syrian domination of Lebanon for over a decade, and a man who never uttered a word critical of the Syrian government is identified by this reporter of the NYT yesterday as "Rafik Hariri, a leading anti-Syrian politician." Even Fu'ad As-Sanyurah, the new prime minister, is identified as "is considered anti-Syrian." It was left for the New York Times to identify Bashshar Al-Asad as "anti-Syrian".
