The Saudi King of Jordan: Strong reactions in the Arab world (not only in Shi`ite quarters) to the foolish statements by the foolish King of Jordan in which he warned of Shi`ite zone of danger. Respected Lebanese columnist, Joseph Samahah, today called him `Abdullah Az-Zarqawi, and compared his rhetoric to the rhetoric of Abu Mus`ab Az-Zarqawi. He said that the blatantly sectarian talk of the king is unprecedented. And the foolish King dared to question the loyalty and pedigree of Grand (not really) Ayatollah Sistani on MSNBC, and the host talked about Sistani's Persian accent in Arabic. Now, I am no fan of Sistani and will continue to mock this cleric (who was submissive under Saddam and is now submissive under US occupation) but Sistani's Arabic is far superior to that of the King, who hails from...HIJAZ, not from Jordan.
