When Colin Powell and other US officials call upon Syria and Iran to avoid interfering in Iraqi affairs, do they really say those words with a straight face? Do they suppress laughter when they utter those pearls of wisdom? The country that has 140,000 troops is in no position to discourage IRAQ's NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS from interfering in Iraqi affairs.
