Glowing in the Dark: US military gleefully announced the killing of 300 "insurgents" in Najaf. That raises many questions. Firstly, it is interesting that the military can give estimates of enemy casualties, and publicly, and yet they still have not shared with the public their official classified estimates of civilian deaths in 1991 in Iraq, in 2001- Afghanistan, and in 2003-2004 Iraq. Why not, it is reasonable to ask. Secondly, how does the US military know that those 300 hundred Iraqis--every single one of them--who were bombed mostly from the air were all terrorists and insurgents? Does the US military have at its disposal special technological devices that can identify from the air terrorists as opposed to civilians? Well, maybe that technology can identify terrorists because they glow in the dark, and it just happens that Arabs/Muslims--all Arabs/Muslims--glow in the dark. So when you read that Iraqis or Afghans have been killed by US bombs always remember that they all are terrorists.
