In the Washington Post, the headline was: "Shiites Protest U.S.-Backed Election Plan." What propaganda. What election plan? It is a No-election plan. Demonstrators chanted slogans for elections and against the US. I cannot believe how the depth of the opposition among Iraqis is not covered in silly US press.
