How New York Times justifies yet again the killing of civilians by Syrian armed groups

Look how the Times justifies murder of civilians: " suggesting that rebel groups were also willing to punish civilians in Hezbollah strongholds." Next time civilians in Israel are killed I will remember to refer to them as "civilians in Zionist strongholds".
