Friends of Syria--Iran version

I noticed that whenever the US organizes a "Friends of Syria" conference, Western media rush to report.  I have not seen one Western media reference to a similar "Friend of Syria" conference held in Iran and was attended by representatives of 40 countries.  Of course, I think that both hosts (US and Iran) are not friends of the Syrian people and are pursuing their naked regime interests.
