I find reports in the Arabic press, to the effect that Saddam (through his lawyers) has sent his "salutations" to the Palestinian and Iraqi people to be repulsive and repugnant. I cannot stand any Arab support, or even softness, toward this dictator whose contributions have been only disastrous and criminal.
