The Hizbullah cell in Kuwait

If you read the details of the Kuwaiti government charge, people noticed that one of them was accused of attending a Hizbullah training camp in `Ayta Ash-Sha`b.  The problem is that the dates given mean that Hizbullah ran a training camp in `Ayta Ash-Sha`b DURING Israeli occupation of South Lebanon.
