US claimed to have killed 60,000 ISIS fighters but not one civilian

"SpecOps Commander: U.S.-Led Coalition Forces Have Killed 60,000 ISIS Militants".  One Western reporter commented: "this is interesting math since US officials used to estimate that there were only 30,000 isis fighters".
