Talking about brutal sieges of cities in the Middle East: I remember how none of the sensitive Western reporters and writers shed a tear when US forces in Iraq imposed a savage siege on the city of Fallujah in Iraq (they put barriers all around the city to make sure that none goes in or out) and then followed with a savage attack. But let us face it: White Man's brutality is always kind and well-intentioned.
