I have never seen a more original strategy for fighting ISIS than this, and no one has ever said those brilliant ideas--and in only four-points:
"First, the United States should increase its support to those local armed groups that are acceptable to U.S. interests...Second, we must increase our overall military support...Third, we must do more to get important external actors on board...Finally, we should focus on governance and politics by providing support to local municipal structures". Washington think tanks have a bad reputation because they have earned it, damn it.
