Prince Mish`al of Saudi Arabia celebrates snow

Prince Mish`al with a bowl of snow which fell in "his" Northern province.  The prince is noted for his scientific bent.

PS I won't be surprised if this picture earn the Prince the Nobel Prize in physics, or at least the Prince Claus prize from Germany.

PPS I don't believe in judging people on appearance, but doesn't this prince look particularly mentally sharp?
