Western human rights probes

So some Western human rights organizations are calling for probes in war crimes in Yemen. Such calls are futile and useless. The Zionist paradigm of Western human rights organizations is now replicable in all cases of war crimes in the Middle East. It boils down to this pattern: yes, Israel (or name the ally of Israel and US in the region) has committed war crimes but the victims have also committed war crimes so case closed and let us all go home and there is no punishment.  It took a few months for HRW to call for an embargo on arms to the Syrian regime (which I want to deny of arms) but in all those decades of Israeli war crimes, HRW would NEVER EVER dare to call for arms embargo on Israel.  "Pro-Israel" donors would not like that ("pro-Israel" donors is the term that director of HRW used in internal correspondence to justify inaction and silence or weakness of waffling about Israeli war crimes).
