Palestinian cartoonist, Muhammad Saba`nah, and the New York Times

I notice that the New York Times has a long article about repression of Muhammad Saba`nah by the lousy pro-Israel, PA regime.  But Saba`nah was jailed by the Israeli occupation and the New York Times never bothered to cover that repression.
