The ugly and grotesque Syrian regime

The ugly Syrian regime still arrests people under the law that prohibits "weakening the pan-Arab nationalist feelings and the morale of the nation".  Is there anyone who have weakened the pan-Arab nationalist feeling and the morale of the nation more than the Ba`th Party in its two criminal branches in Syria and Iraq?
