Lebanese versus Syrian hospitality

  The picture on top from a few days ago show a sign in Burj Hammud in Lebanon imposing a curfew on Syrians.  The sign in the picture below is from 2006 during July War in which a Syrian restaurant offered free food to "our Lebanese brothers".  Think about it.
