Anne Barnard declares, yet again, the end of the Asad regime

Ms. Barnard says that the death of this guy (anyone heard of him before? I havent) is the biggest blow to the regime since the defection of the assistant clerk in procurement department of the Syrian Ministry of Defense two years ago.  It is all over.
