The Red Line and the Rat Line

Now I have no way to judge matters related to the use of chemical weapons in Syria and whether the regime or the armed groups used them (especially that I view both sides are equally culpable in the art of war crimes), but the account of Seymour Hersh has to be read at least given the unanimity of views and interpretations on the other side in the Western media.
