Arab-American shops

I used to meet people in my youth who were members and fighters in Fath organization.  And when I would make the point about the corruption and uselessness of Fath, they would concede but add that they are trying to make changes and reforms "from within".  Similarly, I don't take seriously anyone who tells me that they want to reform ADC in Washington, DC "from within".  This is like reforming Al-Qa`idah from within.
