HRW celebrates death of Chavez

Would Human Rights Watch dare publish a celebratory statement about the death of a Saudi King or an Israeli leader as it celebrates the death of Chavez?  But I am sure its "pro-Israeli donors" (as their internal memos call them) are pleaesed with this.  (thanks Mouin)
