Dumb propaganda about the Free Syrian Army

If you follow the Western media, you are led to believe those two contradictory pieces of information: that FSA receives support from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Jordan, UAE, UK, France, Germany, and the US, and that the Free Syrian Army is short of cash and arms.  I mean, are we supposed to be that dumb really?
