I must confess that I was not pleased at all with the coverage by As-Safir and by Al-Akhbar of this tale of Mossad success from the 1950s. The source is an Israeli newspaper and can't be corroborated by any other sources. This coverage only unwittingly gives a platform to Mossad propaganda. Even when you read the story, you don't get one evidence of success of this spy. I mean, the claim to fame is that he shook hands with foreign ministers. In the 1950s, any creature--including monkeys--would have been able to walk to a meeting of Arab foreign ministers and shake hands with them. I say: such stories should be ignored.
