Russian ships impose siege?

It is true in the Western press and it is true in the Arabic (read Saudi and Qatari-funded) press. Whatever claims are made by Syrian exile opposition, they become facts.  This lousy Syrian exile opposition person claims that Russian ships are imposing a siege around Lebanon and Syria.  So the news site of the lousy news station of King Fahd's brother-in-law, Al-Arabiyya, puts the claim as a lead story.  This is the journalism of Arab oil and gas.
