Interpol in the service of House of Saud

Basim sent me this:  "I wonder ... will Interpol act with the same vigor it did to arrest Hamza Kashgari on behalf of Saudi Arabia, in arresting the fugitive vice-president Tariq al-Hashimi on behalf of Iraq? Or does his stay in Qatar bequeath him with immunity?"
