Saudi funding of Egyptian Salafites

Saudi ambassador in Egypt denies to the TV station of King Fahd's brother-in-law (Al-Arabiyya) that his government donated $4 billion to Salafite groups in Egypt.  He did not explain whether the figure is bigger or smaller.
