Carlos and Saudi Arabia

The son of the old Arab intelligence source who told me about Carlos (see item below from two days ago) wrote to me and said that I should have mentioned the money that Saudi Arabia sent to Carlos through a Romanian bank account (in the name of Mrs. Totu) in order for Carlos to kill a Saudi dissident.  The identity of the dissident killed is in question but the old veteran source believed that it was--contrary to popular belief--none other than Nasser Al-Sa`id.
