So Prince Mut`ab bin [son of] `Abdul-`Aziz resigned as Minister of Municipal and Village affairs. The King promptly appointed his son, Mansur bin Mut`ab, as the new minister. What does Bush, Obama, Rice, and Clinton call that: Saudi reform. (thanks Fawzi)
