My TV in my London Hotel carried some Arabic channels. One of them was the Iraqi puppet state TV, Al-Iraqiyyah. It is without exaggeration that I can tell you it is as crude and as vulgar in its propaganda as Saddam TV. And then they would have "an interview of the day": and it was with an American occupying soldier who spoke for an hour about his contributions to Iraq. And it is so heavily religious that I switched the channel looking for the secularism of Turkish generals (no, I don't like Turkish generals but I will refuse to place smiling faces).
