But it said violations and abuses by the rebels "did not, however, reach the intensity and scale of those committed by government forces and affiliated militia". That is the 3rd time in the article they pointed out that the gov't forces are on a bigger scale, why must they try so hard? As you say it would be funny if the result was not so horrible with so many innocent being killed".
