From Christian: " "One person on this list poses a threat to our national security - now he is becoming a Danish citizen."
The headline is from a Danish People's Party advert that the party has tried to take out in a number of national media. The ad names nearly 700 people on the verge of receiving Danish citizenship, and claims that one of them has been under the scrutiny of the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET) for “troubling and suspicious” conduct. However, the suspected person has never been charged, prosecuted or convicted of any criminal activity.
DPP wants to deny this one person citizenship, but as the name cannot be disclosed, the party instead chose to publish the names of all 700 applicants in the advert under the header "One person on this list poses a threat to our national security - now he is becoming a Danish citizen."
@As'ad; one of the names is the name of a two-year-old. Background: The Danish People's Party is a far-right populist party, currently in opposition to the semi-red government. The DPP promotes themselves as caring of the elderly (though they always vote to impair the conditions of the elderly, then act like they didn’t), caring of animals (though only animals with names; IE pets, never livestock) and opposition to the dangerous and subversive Islamic World Order totally hell-bent on taking over this tiny country. By popular vote, they are close to the second largest political party, because people in Denmark are fucking stupid."
