This is how the New York Times refers to the mouthpiece of Prince Salman and his sons

"Asharq al-Awsat, a pan-Arab newspaper".  Why not refer to it as a republican secular leftist Arab newspaper?  I mean, if the distortion is the purpose let us go all the way.
