How bad is Jeffrey Feltman's Arabic?

This is a regular feature now since Feltman ventured to read an "Arabic" text in public.  So how bad is his Arabic?  His Arabic is so bad that I thought that Jeffrey Feltman has flipped and was speaking in tongue.
