Bahrain's government outlines its preferences for NDI's representative in Bahrain

"Shaikh Abdul Aziz said that Bahrain would have no problem working with an NDI director "with blonde hair and blue eyes,""  (The director that they objected to was of Somali origin.  They probably called him `abd (slave)).
