Chief PA Buffon

I am in charge of negotiation, says Chief PA buffoon, Sa'ib `Urayqat.  Apparently, there is a conflict between him and Nabil Sha`th over heading the negotiations with Israel.  But `Urayqat wins all the time because he is a much better prostrator.
