This terrorist is back, and the US and UN decided he is not a terrorist or war criminal anymore

The case of Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is quite stunning.  This fanatical terrorist was a US stooge during the Cold War, but then was declared a terrorist.  Yesterday, the US and its puppet government in Afghanistan decided that he is a man of peace.
