Look at this headline in the New York Times: is it now confirmed to the Times that Russia indeed intervened in French election?

Where is the proof? NYTimes: French Voters Defy Putin’s Meddling, but You’d Hardly Know It in Russia".  Also, you would hardly know it from reading the Times that the US meddles in elections in every country on earth.
