We never see pictures in the Western press of Syrian rebels in East Aleppo: I think they worry pictures may undermine the propaganda narrative

Syrian rebels in East Aleppo announced--yet again--a command council.   I don't judge appearances but do they strike you as "secular" and "moderates"?
