The forgotten Syrian victims: those who reside in regime-controlled areas

This is what Anne Barnard posted about the shelling of University of Aleppo:

Rebel shelling from e. side of Aleppo city hits Aleppo Univ. campus on the govt-held western side, killing 1 and injuring 15: Syria State TV

But notice that she immediate posted the source as Syrian State TV.  But the news from rebel-held areas is always rebel sources but Barnard and others never post the source as being tied to the rebels when they post about victims in rebel-held areas.  And just as expected, all the comments under her post remarked about the source, to dismiss the story, except a French reporter From Paris-Match who wrote:
