Grand Mufti of Paris blames "barbar people"

If you go to minute 1:30 the Grand Mufti of the Grand Mosque in Paris call the Charlie Hebdo attackers "Barbar people".  I think that he means barbarians and not Berbers especially that people in North Africa don't use Berbers but Kabyla.
