The foreign minister of the NATO regime in Libya tells the mouthpiece of Khalid bin Sultan, Al-Hayat, that he wants the restoration of monarchy in Libya.  Kid you not.  Call this the US/Saudi/Qatari-sponsored Arab Counter-revolution.
