Afghan voters "devy Taliban" the cliches continue

Look how this headline and this them appears today in most Western media.  There is no questioning of the premise.  Basically, the implication is that the high voter turnout (and it won't be as high as is being celebrated) is a vote of confidence for the occupation and for the policies of Western occupiers.  It is not mentioned that those who are being voted are often close to Taliban or at least in favor of bringing the Taliban back into power. Hell, the puppet of the US occupation in Afghanistan started dialogue with Taliban with US blessing.  But the occupied are presented as always acting in line with US wishes.
