Can someone ask the New York Times to ease up on the propaganda duty against Russia? The sanctions are two-days old, and it claims that they are stinging already

"As Sanctions Start, Russia Feels a Sting".  Did they sting hours after they were enacted?  Let me guess: the Russian economy is--you guessed it--in shambles already because of the sanctions.
